In Honor Of :  MR Robert H Fields Date Of Birth:  August 7, 1920 Place Of Birth:  Fort Saulsbury

 Mr. Robert H Fields Jr. was born on August 7,1920 at Fort Saulsbury just out side of Milford, De in the first N.C.O Quarters. just inside the main gate. His father was  Mr. Robert H Fields Sr. who was the Staff Sergeant at Fort Sualsbury from 1919 to 1930 then he was assigned to Fort Delaware were Mr. Fields Jr. stayed till he joined the army the 6 of July 1944. He was a Para jumper in the first attaches on D Day he received three Purple Harts for three different tour's. He is also a retired Milford, De Police officer he now spends his time with such hobbies as wood carving and speaking for retired service men and woman at war memorials and lives just out side of Milford in Bowers beach.
